Opportunity for licensing...that's it...not much else if you on coming in on ground floor
Cons
I f starting with no assets ...good luck... most asset transfers are decided well in advance ...so if your not part of the in club...good luck.....beware of the practice offered to you right away...most open practices go through six or more advisers....six! Commission structure is terrible at levels 1-3....unless you rocket passed them by being given assets your chances of making a living are diminished....highly not recommendable place to work
