      Pros

      Best part of my job is building the long lasting relationships with the clients. I've learned so much with almost a decade with the firm. The branch office administrator is the heart and soul of the branch, the first person they talk to on the phone and when they come in the branch.

      Cons

      The financial advisor is the money maker for the firm, however branch office administrators need more perks and increase in pay.

      Pros

      They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

      Cons

      Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
