      Pros

      Benefits are not bad but the medical deductible is $3350.

      Cons

      It's all about the financial advisor at Edward Jones. The advisor has total control over our bonus. Some are very generous and others are not. The BOA is treated as nothing more than a secretary. A lot of financial advisors complain a lot and boa's have no defense because there is only two people in every office. It's very isolating.

      The support staff can be tempermental and jealous.

      Pros

      They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

      Cons

      Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
