Pros
Every employee was eligible to receive a bonus based upon company-wide performance as well as invidivudal branch performance. Training and industry education was made available to employees online and managers were required to give staff time during office hours to complete it. Extensive and user-friendly procedural material was availabe online.
Cons
Big Brother always watching. The firm discouraged the use of email even when dealing with other employees or clients. There was little to know room for advancement unless you wanted to move to Missouri (no thanks!). If you wanted to become an FA you had to build your business by soliciting clients door-to-door.
