Pros

Salary to start, support from home office, rewarding to help people and make a difference in their lives.

Cons

Commissions are reduced long before salary is reduced. Third year very tough as you end up taking a very significant decrease in pay. Probably depends on the region but many who offer support initially will be reluctant when you actually ask for help. Some will tell you they are training / helping you 'out of the goodness of their hearts' when in reality they actually get enhanced limited partnership opportunities for taking those roles.

Pros

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Cons

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
