Pros

Name recognition Ability to set up shop nationwide Decent training and access to materials Vacation bonus incentives OT pay available while training

Cons

Workplace ignorance/insensitivity is highly prevalent Immaturity of new hires is obvious - some of the employees are plucked right out of high school without even attending or finishing college Diversity is non-existent: if you are a woman, immigrant, or ethnic minority, prepare to stand out like a sore thumb Very "small town" "mid-Western" feel, not recommended for worldly job-seekers used to living in a city or those who have worked globally Very poor medical coverage/benefits

Pros

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Cons

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
