Pros

Easy job Name recognition within St. Louis Access to top management but it doesn't get you anywhere If you want to be doing the exact some thing for 20 years this is the place

Cons

VERY few promotions from within Pay stinks benefits are very expensive and not that great Lack of career progression Lack of acquisition of new skill The 'Beverly Hillbillies' run the firm No cultural awareness No regard for higher education, in fact some were criticized for getting avanced degrees General partners will flat out lie to you Movement to other departments is almost impossible No cultural or gender diversity

Pros

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Cons

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
