      Pros

      I love being compensated for as hard as I choose to work! No $ limitations here. With young children - I love the flexible schedule. Don't get me wrong I work 50+ hours a week but some of that is using my laptop remotely after I have read night time stories or attended a softball game.

      Cons

      All the changes in the industry - but I hear my accounting, medical professionals, and health insurance colleagues say the same thing!

      Pros

      They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

      Cons

      Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
