      Pros

      Great Sales training. Cult culture if your into that sorta thing! Will do anything to make money

      Cons

      Not much financial planning training besides OJT just sell, sell, sell. I started from scratch was 1st FA in town, now there are 5 in one town... crazy only 2 Starbucks! 1 McDonalds! Customers come first is motto, but reality is ethics are negotiable, making money is not. Took advantage of DOL regulation to raise revenue. Many people want to leave, but fear and intimidation keep them there.

      Pros

      They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

      Cons

      Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
