Pros

Great place to learn investment basics and to learn how to prospect complete strangers. Everyone in the company is good at helping you be successful if you put the work in. They do a great job of teaching people and families in their communities about the basics of investing and helping people get started. They have their niche in the market, but i wanted to provide more valie to my clients.

Cons

They are not comprehensive planners, but more of a stock and bond salesmen. They do not cover in depth tax stratagies, business owner plannig, in depth estate planning. I did not understand their value proposition when investors can trade stocks alot cheaper on their own. The world is going to fee based fiduciary, and without a real financial plan to go off of, what is their value proposition?

Pros

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Cons

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
