Great Industry Ranking by JD Power Some good veteran FAs Better comp structure for new FAs Licensing program was good before (not anymore) Employee Discounts

Cons

Hours will kill you Beware of lack of ownership Beware of non-compete Beware of clawback up to $75k Read every little detail and document provided No life outside of work 2-3 Always be selling No real financial planning St. Louis managers/bosses out of touch with reality Hard sales goals Door knocking all the time Doing everything yourself with no admin help for first 1-1.5 yrs until you get a BOA

Pros

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Cons

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
