Free lunch once a quarter. Short commute.
Cons
Ancient technology - outdated computers, phones, etc. VERY expensive employee-paid benefits compared to competitors. They preach work/life balance but it does not exist. Old-school approach and attitude geared towards the 50+ age employee. Discriminatory in many of its practices. EEOC has been advised.
