Pros

No out of pocket upfront expenses. Paid to study for series 7 and 66. Great system in place to help people pass the licensing exams on the first try.

Cons

Lack of training once you have passed licensing tests. If all you want to do is learn how to knock on doors and make phone calls while getting your teeth kicked in, then this is for you. No work life balance for at least the first 3 to 5 years. Expected to work weekends and evenings to make sales goals. Can be kind of cult like at times. You will eventually notice everyone regurgitating the same exact things word for word.

Pros

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Cons

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
