Great opportunity to build your own business and eventually make a lot of money. If you like learning and working by yourself, Jones is the place for you. Really nice people and they give you a small amount of assets to manage right off the bat.
Cons
If you are collaborative and love working as part of a team, don’t work here as an advisor. Depending on what office they assign you, you could be completely on your own. They give you 100+ households that no one else wants in their books. You have to manage those accounts, plus meet monthly quotas with no administrative assistance.
