You can make a real connection with your clients. If you like a routine and working alone for a good part of your day this is the job for you.
Cons
The compensation is lacking for the requirements of the job description. Total lack of flexibility due to the fact that the FA is usually not in the office. Can be very difficult depending on the personality of the FA. No real support for BOA from Home Office although they claim the opposite.
