The pay was very good as was the work life balance

So much duplicatation of work, so slow to do anything, AI and other innovative things are blocked, leaders who are not competent in their oversight area but happened to be an FA, crazy cronyism. Hard to feel like you’re doing a good job. I opted to leave for a lower pay elsewhere because of the dysfunction. For a finance company, they waste tons of money and people resources. They’re trying to work to this whole new way of delivering financial advice that the rest of the finance industry has been doing for years.
