      Pros

      Good place to work. Potential for great bonuses if you’re paired with a decent Financial Advisor. Health Insurance. Dental. Vision. Finally offering additional career opportunities.

      Cons

      Health Insurance is high. Basically self-insured company. The Advisor you work with may not be profitable for several years which makes your bonuses slim. The Advisor doesn’t have to share bonuses with you. Hourly rate isn’t high enough for the responsibilities.

      Pros

      They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

      Cons

      Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
