Pros

Edwards has bunch of site amenities in Irvine (don’t worry, you will not have a time to use any of them) and good benefits (you won’t be able to stay in the company too long to get benefit) they pay above the average (you will work 70-80 hours so you can consider slicing your salary figure to half) they give you good amount vacation time (you will be expected to be on call/accessible by email during your vacations)

Cons

Bad culture! They burnout people and discard them within 1-2 years and get new warm bodies. They have no mercy for any delays on a product launch. Director and above act like gods and claim no responsibility to any problems. There are so many office politics. Don’t be fooled with cafeteria or other amenities as they are exchanging your personal time with theirs for breakfast/lunch/dinner so you can work more longer hours. 80-90 hours a week pretty normal at Edwards in any business unit and you will work weekends to catch up things.
