Our leadership team, made up of 3 women and 4 men, try their best to appreciate all team members regardless of their background. However, we choose to let our employee satisfaction score speak for itself. Our team members routinely provide positive and constructive feedback about what Eezy does well and what we can do to improve. Although we tend to see high scores, we take each response seriously because we are continuously working to make Eezy an even better place to work so we appreciate this feedback.
