Pros

The culture was alright, but most of the company was pretty christian leaning, so in my first week when I had a pride flag behind me I was told to keep it casual and keep politics and stuff out of it all. That was the first red flag, but I loved the product and company enough to ignore.

Cons

-- Upper management doesn't care about paying bad wages. Literally said in a company all hands that if you want more money, work elsewhere -- Was set up for a raise and a promotion and the day before my approved raise was supposed to hit, I was laid off with no warning. --There have been several layoffs since mine, and all of us were under the impression there was "nothing to worry about" and "no layoffs or anything planned". Bad taste.

Pros

At the time it had a Good culture. Friendly people.

Cons

If business goes down even slightly, mass layoffs can be expected. If a business idea doesnt go quite as hoped, layoffs can be expected. Sean doesnt like being challenged. Its a command and control structure.
