This company uses illegal and immoral ways to screw over internal and temporary employees. I was a salary exempt employee and I was working ten hour days for no pay as normal for salary which I was alright with until they told me when our onsite client was doing a shut down no matter if we wanted to work or not we would not be paid for any days we could not work. If you think they will ever listen to your ideas don't any issues you have be ready to deal with them by yourself with very little assustance or clarity on how to handle things.
