- Work with cross teams, required extra efforts initially.
- Remote company and work life balance - depends on team.
- Open communication, can reach any one.
Cons
- In smaller team, visibility is very less for upper management which can lead to hamper growth.
- More communication skill == more rewards, actual work goes un-noticed.
- Internal politics - this trend noticeable after 2020

Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.
Cons
No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
