      Pros

      Great culture, fantastic people, and an innovative product make Egnyte the best place to work. There is no such thing as a departmental silos at Egnyte and everyone works together to achieve the same goals. Ideas at every level are heard, celebrated and implemented. Leadership is open and transparent with employees making it easy to align on goals. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      There is no 401K match, but great stock options.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
