      Pros

      Great coworkers, great support staff and team that has each other's best interests in mind, along with a winning attitude.

      Cons

      Can be stuck in their ways, a lot of data errors live within Salesforce which leads to duplicate accounts and not knowing who owns what accounts can be challenging.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
