      Pros

      Growing company with great people. Employees have a voice and we work with lots of interesting clients across all verticals. We are proud of the product and are flexible to scale with our clients. Collaboration with other teams is encouraged to make us all successful. The CS org has access to all depts and titles in the company. Our Execs want to help us engage customers whether it be to solve a problem or to help them grow.

      Cons

      Reg challenges of a growing company. Scaling and training new employees to keep up with demand for our product.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
