      Pros

      There is a strong work ethic here - everyone pulls their weight. We have the best solution in the market - that makes life slightly easier. We're the only ones who do exactly what we do and we play in a very large ecosystem.

      Cons

      We're lean and mean so we put in a lot of hours.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
