- Poor Leadership from the top down. - No company values - Don't believe in goal setting - Do not give annual merit increases, only performance based - C-Level is exceptionally poor. - Revolving door of CFO's and other Executive Level leaders. - Very closed door, no leaders are approachable. - The CEO is unprofessional and unapproachable with no ability to give clear direction for the business. - Hired over 400 people in 2021 and has begun laying off a large percentage of their employees, second large layoff since 2020. -No ones jobs are secure
