      Pros

      - Best culture. - Excellent product. - Competitive compensation. - Health, Accidental & Term insurance. - Around 40 leaves per year. - Highly skilled engineers. - Great leadership. - Opportunities to learn high scale distributed systems. - Your opinions are always listened to and worked upon. - Good Work, Life, Balance.

      Cons

      - I feel that some of the Indian managers should learn from Polish managers how to handle teams without putting too much pressure. Hustle is good but with optimal amount of pressure put on the team. Always sounding like there is an urgency do not work well with the team members. I am sure we will improve this. - I would love if we can have employee monthly gatherings in other cities than metropolitans. Especially in North India.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
