      Pros

      1. Good work-life balance 2. Cool culture within the team 3. Occasionally cool events in the office

      Cons

      1. The training budget was withdrawn in a very unclear manner 2. The smaller the team, the harder it is to get promoted 3. Unclear procedures and communication problems when dealing with higher management 4. Enforcing hybrid work (3 days in the office) even though it doesn't make sense with every position

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
