      Pros

      Egntye is a very steadily growing company and practices great fiscal prudence. They care a lot about their employees and many senior positions in Engineering tend to come from within the company. When many other companies value a constant churn of employees, Egnyte values employee loyalty.

      Cons

      This is minor, but the more calculated approach to growth means this job isn't quite as flashy as some of the tech unicorns in terms of perks.

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
