-Fantastic collaboration across sales, CS, Support, and engineering teams
-Very open leadership that doesn't believe in leveraging their titles to instill respect
-Hard working culture that also prioritizes employee satisfaction and manages to balance seriousness with a shoot-the-shit environment
-Best work/life balance I have experienced in my career so far
-Great product that works well the vast majority of the time
-Top-shelf internal tech stack that makes the job even easier
Honestly, if I weren't getting an insanely better financial offer at a company that came to me (I wasn't looking) I wouldn't be leaving
Cons
-Pay is not the best by any stretch
-Benefits are fine, but nothing amazing
-Priorities tend to shift suddenly as is to be expected in any start-up, but nothing is ever onerous.

Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.
Cons
No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
