      Pros

      Taking into account overall experience I believe that Engyte is a good employer. You will have opportunity to work with complex systems on a large scale. Additionally depending on your position and negotiation skills I believe that the salary can be very attractive (Poland site). There is also a salary review process each year. Benefits are standard. In case you leave more than 80km from the office you can work remotely. In other cases you will have to work at least 3 days in a week from the office. This rule applies to PL . It is possible to work based on standard contract of employment or B2B agreement.

      Cons

      Majority of projects have very short timing, therefore expect a high pressure and necessity to align between ad-hoc workloads and ongoing roadmap activities. Work volume can be high, depending on your role.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
