Pros

Eide Bailly provides a good work life balance with room for growth depending on the department. There are multiple offices which helps keep commute times in check. Hybrid /remote opportunities are available.

Cons

Depending on the department and position, pay can on the very low end. Benefits are lacking. Health insurance is out of pocket with limited plan options.

Pros

Good amount of holidays and PTO. Lifestyle spending account and remote work were great.

Cons

In an attempt to get me to leave, little by little, my job duties were taken over by others in the department. Partners let this happen and did nothing to help me. Eventually, they eliminated my role. I documented multiple instances where the work environment was incredibly toxic but no one cared. HR never even contacted me for an exit interview. My experience was that if you did not fit into the boys club you would not succeed. There was a culture of micro-aggressions, cruelty, and badmouthing others when they weren't in the room and excluding anyone who did not fit their views.
