Pros

The only good thing at the end it's that you put on resume that you worked for a company with very important customers and a huge business.

Cons

The company has grown rapidly in the last years and has a lot to learn on how to manage people. It mainly relies on some"leaders" that work 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This thing outside of the Italy it's seen as a great leak of organization. This is a company that sells high availability systems and it hilariously leaks with a lot of points of failure in its management, absolutely critical for a general success, especially in a context where all that the company earns comes from the knowledge of their employees. They like to promise things that they will never do and they will also accuse you to be not self sufficient if you fail in something. What I heard before leaving was that I didn't self train myself sufficiently. Of course the training was one of the promises in the job interview. At the end a lot of lies and a really bad experience. To make it quick, If you are not a strong person it's really easy to get frustrated after a few time.

Pros

EidosMedia is a great company to work for. They provide good benefits and a great work/life balance. They provide many opportunities to learn and use different technologies and to travel all over the US and even outside of the country.

Cons

This job is based in New York City, NY which is a very expensive city to live in. While most customers are in NYC, many are found in different parts of the country so there is a lot of travel involved which may be a con if that's not something you're interested in.
