Pros

The fact that my work has a real impact on the company’s goals is very satisfying and rewarding. My manager and colleagues are very supportive and encouraging. The work life balance is good, There are not strict hours, as far as the assigned work is done for the day you're good to do whatever you want. The onboarding process is very quick. I had fallen sick within 1 week of joining and I got a week off without any question or issues, which was very helpful for my recovery. In short, EidosMedia is a great place to work. My advice? Don't think twice about applying and ignore the negative reviews on here. The worst people are always the loudest, and complaints usually say more about the person complaining than what they’re complaining about.

Cons

Can improve on their raise structure. Apart from that, nothing else I can think of now.

Pros

EidosMedia is a great company to work for. They provide good benefits and a great work/life balance. They provide many opportunities to learn and use different technologies and to travel all over the US and even outside of the country.

Cons

This job is based in New York City, NY which is a very expensive city to live in. While most customers are in NYC, many are found in different parts of the country so there is a lot of travel involved which may be a con if that's not something you're interested in.
