      -company culture & people within the company are amazing -feel supported and understood every day -lots of goal setting and transparency with leadership -lots of opportunity to grow your career -service & giving back to local community

      Cons

      -fast paced work environment that is not right for everyone -compensation based on how hard you work, basically the more you grind the more chance there is to make $ -lots of social settings, so it may not be the best career for someone super introverted

      Nothing but hard to get a hold of and never helpful.

      Cons

      Ask your contractor for additional training and you are dismissed
