Where do I begin? I was sold a false bill of goods when it comes to this job. Work life balance? Laughable. Working 50+ hours a week including weekends. Awful infighting between departments. Rampant favoritism. It is by far the most volatile work environment I've ever been in, but hey, they ring a chime before every meeting and meditate, so they're REALLY progressive. Working at Eileen Fisher feels like what it must be working for Donald Trump, the nastiest people get elevated and all you can do is hope to survive. I have never been more micromanaged in 15 years, it's like people take joy here in grinding the life out of you.
