The worst leadership in the apparel business - hypocrisy galore - Product Development Eileen Fisher Employee Review

In my 25 year apparel career, I have never worked for a worse company. Employees are treated with contempt by leadership and HR. Zero growth opportunities. Leaders are only worried about pulling the wool over each others eyes and filling their own pockets. The worst part is the hypocrisy! The tout themselves to be paragons of feminism and empowerment and there is not an empowering leader in site! Catty behavior and sucking up will get you promoted. Leaders ask employees to spy on each other and bring each other down.
