Women do NOT lift up women at this company and there is a person in HR who comes across as very antisemitic and so pro DEI that it’s uncomfortable to interact with them. Teams are understaffed and stores pick up a lot of corporate work because of that dynamic. Senior leadership in certain departments disregard the stores and focus entirely on supporting the digital business, which feel unfair to the field teams.
