The people are a pleaser to be around. The office has a great supply of snacks and beverages, There are always fun events and catered lunches to keep the team happy to be at work. Partners are very nice and approachable.

The culture is genuinely a go-getter one — from staff to partner, people show up with real guidance, not gatekeeping. Leadership has shown up for me in ways that go beyond the job — present for milestone moments in my life, invested in me as a person, not just a line on a chart.
