Pros
Some really great people work at this firm that really want you to succeed, whether it be here or elsewhere. Starting pay is competitive, but that eventually is beaten by larger firms. New york office is moving soon, thankfully, and getting a much-needed face lift and update.
Cons
health insurance is terribly expensive, bonuses are mediocre, pay is okay. Busy season never ends. It all depends on what clients you're on. While you're working long hours outside busy season, other people could be lying low, flying beneath the radar, coming in late and leaving early. The best workers are over-worked whereas the worst workers are left off to the side, not fully utilized. Bonuses seem to be determined so arbitrarily/ randomly.
