* Be ready to stretch more than 4 hrs on daily basis * there is No extra payment for your night shift * there is No proper guidance and SOP * you cannot update your time-tracker as per your productivity (stratch hrs can not be included or updated), with out permission if anything updated on tracker, it will deleted/removed by managers *No supporting team *No food facilities *No cab facilities (even women has to take her own transport at late night) *No night shift allowance *No insurance for your family members *aways need work under pressure * Can not plan your holidays as per your interest * sick/casual leave only approve by VP * for the sick leaves, you need to call first your reviewer then manager then higher to approve it *least but not last, make assure that, youre downloaded your payslip on your last working day, if you miss out need to send email and wait another 3 days at least for the approval. *Think twice before taking any decisions*
