Sadly this job did not work out for me at all, the training was no existent I was actually asked as a new hire to design a training program for Eisner which is ridiculous since I was not settled into my own role yet or understood my role and training was not what I was hired to do. There was zero direction, no support and the processes and ways of doing things was in disarray. With no training available for staff no one was on the same page I was constantly getting different information from different people, very confusing. I managed 2 months at the firm before having to quit due to how distressed and confused I was.
