Pros

Parental Insurance for the employees. Must required because the work pressure is so much and eventually the pressure will be shifted towards the Spouse, Children or parents so they give the insurance for them as well

Cons

Work Pressure No balance in life after joining EKA Saturday and Sunday are gone Minimum 14 hours work per day Develop 3 objects a day and at the end of the day scrap that complete and start again because Product development team is busy playing foosball Professional Services are busy copy pasting from the QA data entry workers

Pros

The pace is fast at Eka, but the work is interesting and the team is great. Everyone is enthusiastic and energetic and it creates a positive, friendly atmosphere.

Cons

It is sometimes challenging working with team members across various time zones, but I am not sure that's avoidable since it's a global company. .
