Back in 2014 only I felt like this company is going to die off. It is happening now

Cons

Work life balance is screwed big time 2014 we worked day and night to find that the project is screwed up same is happening now Please guys and girls, don't join EKA Guys and Girls, working in EKA please quit and save yourself

Pros

The pace is fast at Eka, but the work is interesting and the team is great. Everyone is enthusiastic and energetic and it creates a positive, friendly atmosphere.

Cons

It is sometimes challenging working with team members across various time zones, but I am not sure that's avoidable since it's a global company. .
