Innovative product with very fast pace of evolution Cutting edge technology Respect to innovation and ideas Direct value addition in evolution of the product No dearth of learning opportunities in product engineering team Really fast paced environment and excellent turn around time in teams. Few smart people to work with

Cons

I agree EKA pays good. It could be better, When compared to similar companies. Best ideas may not win always.

Pros

The pace is fast at Eka, but the work is interesting and the team is great. Everyone is enthusiastic and energetic and it creates a positive, friendly atmosphere.

Cons

It is sometimes challenging working with team members across various time zones, but I am not sure that's avoidable since it's a global company. .
