Pros
It’s a great place to work and learn. The one thing that I like the most about Eka is that people want you to learn and explore. Everyone has an equal opportunity to work in different verticals and have an exposure to different aspects. In finance my experience is fantastic. What my seniors, especially our CFO, asked me to handle and the kind of work which we have undertaken in last six months is a totally great one. Very few people get a chance to handle these kinds of work in their 1st year of service. Many many thanks to Eka for giving such an exposure.
Cons
If there is so much to learn then there has to be some dis-balance between your personal and official life. That's the only Cons i find here.
