Phenomenal growth from the product company perspective Lot of Improvement in process Good Infrastructure Good domain but niche Good Market Capture Good for freshers

Cons

2 Months notice period is a pathetic period for any resigned employeee. No proper KT in such situations Knowledge sharing process No Proper carrer path Lot of improvement is required in implementation and customer focus

Pros

The pace is fast at Eka, but the work is interesting and the team is great. Everyone is enthusiastic and energetic and it creates a positive, friendly atmosphere.

Cons

It is sometimes challenging working with team members across various time zones, but I am not sure that's avoidable since it's a global company. .
