Pros
There are a lot of learning opportunities and also the scope of growth is always more. The teams and management are very helpful..best part is the open culture that the company follows. Fun and work goes hand in hand here. Lot of activities can be seen throughout the year, this helps creating a light atmosphere even during the times of work load. Also the company fosters a very good work-life balance
Cons
No cab facility. A lot of improvement would be required in the cafeteria side as well. A better and healthy cafeteria is what everyone looks for.
