1) You will get good exposure to explore from right from front-end to data base. 2) Good domain 3) Avery good sales team

Cons

1)No much exposure to new cutting edge technology 2)Employees are recognized on the basis of how late they stay in office 3)No technical training at all.

Pros

The pace is fast at Eka, but the work is interesting and the team is great. Everyone is enthusiastic and energetic and it creates a positive, friendly atmosphere.

Cons

It is sometimes challenging working with team members across various time zones, but I am not sure that's avoidable since it's a global company. .
